GHRtools is an open-source suite of advanced R packages designed to accelerate climate-informed health analytics and infectious disease forecasting. The toolkit streamlines the entire workflow: from integrating large-scale climate and epidemiological datasets to exploratory analysis, Bayesian spatiotemporal modelling, and prediction.
Its modular architecture enables flexible adaptation across diseases, regions, and forecasting applications, helping build next-generation climate and health decision-support systems.
